Edmond City Council will decide on a project that will turn a number of abandoned old buildings into restaurants. 

A new movie theater/bowling alley entertainment center is going up in Edmond right now. 

It may have been rejected by voters, but a plan to expand a shopping center in Edmond isn't dead.
